How to Apply

HOW TO APPLY

STEP 1: ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Ensure that you have met the admission requirements for the programme that you are interested in.

STEP 2: GET APPLICATION FORM AND FILL IT UP

  • Download Online/ Buy HEAF Professional College Application form from the office
  • Fill in Online Application Form
  • Pay the Appropriate Admission Form Fee – Mobile Money / Bank Deposit /Transfer
  • Submit via Email or physically to the Office

Step 3: Provide the following supporting documents

  • 2 passport-size photographs with white background, with one affixed on the form
  • Authorized copies of your highest educational certificates and transcripts
  • A Payment of Course Application fees GHC 50.00 (non-transferable and non-refundable).

Note: Additional supporting documents may be required on a case-to-case basis, which our staff will advise the applicant accordingly.

Only duplicate copies of these documents (except photographs) should be submitted to the College.Please note that the Original copies of the documents will be required by the Admissions Department upon approval of the Student’s application.

Step 4: Send us your application

Please make sure that your application forms and documents reach us at least 2 weeks before course commencement.

Step 5: Acceptance by the College

Applicants who have been offered a place at HEAF Professional College will receive the following:

  • An Admission Letter
  • An Acceptance form.

Step 6: Fee Payment Upon receiving the letter of acceptance from the student, the College shall also ensure that the following are adhered to:

    • The Student will pay to the bank directly and submit the slip for official Receipt.
  • Register for the Semester
